Strategic Plans and Development

The Association is committed to advancing the sport of pickleball by promoting the organization of more competitions, creating continuous opportunities for athletes to develop their skills. It also conducts standardized training programs for referees and coaches to ensure the comprehensive and sustainable development of the sport.

At the same time, the Association actively promotes pickleball among youth and university students in both Bangkok and the provinces to build a strong pipeline of future athletes. A pilot program was first launched at Trang Sports School. Subsequently, the University Sports Committee approved the initiative to introduce pickleball into the University Games. As part of this effort, the Association organizes coach certification programs and serves as both an advisor and a driving force in establishing pickleball clubs at universities across Thailand.

Athlete Support

The Association is committed to providing equal opportunities for all athletes. It allocates funding to support national team selection programs, ensuring that talented and dedicated players from all affiliations have the opportunity to represent Thailand, regardless of their financial circumstances.

In addition, the Association actively supports athletes in participating in both domestic and international competitions, enabling them to gain valuable experience and develop their skills by competing at professional standards.

Organizational Structure and Collaboration

The Association is supported by a distinguished network of respected professionals and experts from a wide range of sectors, including sports, business, and leading organizations. These individuals serve as members of the Executive Committee and as advisors, contributing their expertise to strengthen the Association’s governance and ensure its sustainable growth and long-term development.
